ABOUT US

Xiamen Fanri Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a technology-driven enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of biomaterial modification technologies and biological reagents. Established on November 8, 2021, with a registered capital of RMB 5 million, the company focuses on two core business areas: the R&D and application of resin material modification technology, and the development of nano transfection reagents. Deeply engaged in cutting-edge fields such as life sciences, cell biology, and gene editing, the company provides high-performance products and supporting technical solutions for research institutions and biopharmaceutical enterprises through solid technical expertise and strong innovation capabilities.
In the field of resin material modification, the company relies on a mature process system to carry out functional surface modification and performance optimization of resin materials, continuously improving material stability, adaptability, and application efficiency. Its solutions can meet the material requirements of various biological experiments and biopreparation scenarios.
In the transfection reagent sector, the company has independently developed and launched FanRi-Trans, a new-generation non-viral nano transfection reagent. Built on nano synthesis technology, this product effectively avoids the drawbacks of traditional viral vectors, such as strong toxicity, high immunogenicity, and limited nucleic acid loading capacity. Compared with conventional liposome transfection reagents, it also offers comprehensive advantages including high transfection efficiency, broad applicability, simple operation, and low cost. The product is currently available in two main formulations: FanRi-Trans CE, designed for various types of in vitro cell transfection and capable of achieving efficient transfection in difficult-to-transfect cell lines and primary cells; and FanRi-Trans TI, focused on in vivo animal tissue transfection and applicable to multiple animal tissues such as the liver, pancreas, muscle, and tendon. This series of reagents features excellent biocompatibility, natural biodegradability, and extremely low cytotoxicity. It is compatible with serum and antibiotics, and supports the single transfection and co-transfection of small-fragment RNA and plasmids. The product is simple to use: after mixing the reagent with nucleic acid samples and incubating for 15 minutes, it can be used directly. No medium replacement is required after cell transfection. For in vivo animal transfection, it can effectively protect nucleic acids from degradation by nucleases in the body, tolerate complex in vivo environments, and avoid inducing immune responses. As a result, it greatly simplifies experimental procedures, improves research efficiency, and is widely used in various life science research scenarios, including gene function studies, RNA interference, protein overexpression, and genome editing.
